All of this will be possible thanks to the use of the resources made available by the MOOC and the support of the instructors, in order to improve practices and renew teaching and make it functional to the new needs of 21st-century students.

University mathematics students, mathematics student teachers as well as pre-service & in-service mathematics teachers from primary to higher secondary schools, eager to learn how to use ASYMPTOTE and how to design their own tasks and learning graphs, in order to conduct adaptive and synchronous mathematics lessons online!

To enroll in the MOOC, you have to create an account on the DI.MA platform by filling out the New Account form with your details and following the instructions that will arrive. Once logged in on the home page of DI.MA choose the course ASYMPTOTE: teaching and learning mathematics online, you can start!

The MOOC will start on 10 October 2022 and end on 18 December 2022. The MOOC is organized in 10 weeks in total as follows: a first week to enter the world of teaching and learning mathematics online; 7 weeks in which you will design 9 math tasks that will then form a learning graph; 2 weeks in which you will be able to accomplish the final homework, i.e. peer review activities to rate the best learning graphs produced during the MOOC. The course requires a commitment of about 3 hours per week.
