Registration
The event is organized by the Erasmus+ Project ASYMPTOTE and co-funded by Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. Through this, the ASYMPTOTE project can cover the participants’ costs for the conference partly.
Registration until January 18 (Early Bird): The conference fee for the ROSEDA conference is 275,00 € upon registration. However, after your participation in the conference, we will refund you 100,00 €. Thus, the total conference fee including the refund is only 175,00 €.
Registration until February 15: The conference fee for the ROSEDA conference is 350,00 € upon registration. However, after your participation in the conference we will refund you 100,00 €. Thus, the total conference fee including the refund is only 250,00 €.
Please notice that this financial support/refunding is not possible for participants of the ASYMPTOTE project’s institutions (see here).
The participation in the workshops is free for all teachers. Teachers are more than welcome to join ROSEDA conference for this session. Please register in advance via this link (external link to Google forms).
Apart from participation, the conference fee includes
- social event on February 23
- lunch on February 24
- conference dinner on February 24
- coffee breaks
- open-access publication of your submission incl. individual DOI
When registering, please indicate if you would like to attend the conference dinner. You will also be asked if a printed version of the conference proceedings is desired. This can be ordered for an additional charge of 25,00 €.
All participants are requested to register until February 15, but we strong recommend to take advantage of the early bird registration until January 18 (see timeline). Registration will only become effective after filling the registration form and paying the conference fee.
